How long does recording take each week?
It depends on your package and how long each script is. Short, prepared takes keep it quick, and you can record them in one sitting or spread them out. We handle the production.
Who writes the scripts?
You do. Each week you send a script and a short recording for each video. If you would like help with scripts, mention it in your inquiry.
How do weekly submissions work?
You upload the week's scripts and recordings together, in one place. The weekly cutoff is agreed with you when you start.
Will you change my face or voice?
Only with written permission. Before we change how anyone looks or sounds, including their setting, wardrobe or optional voice cloning, we record written permission for the person shown or heard on your intake page. It can be withdrawn later.
What if I want changes to a finished video?
You review every video before it is final and can ask for changes. The number of revision rounds included is confirmed in writing before you start.
How quickly will I get my videos?
Turnaround is confirmed in writing before you start, based on your package and your weekly cutoff.
What if I miss a week?
Let us know as early as you can. How a missed week is handled is set out in your written terms before you start.
Do unused videos carry over?
Whether unused videos carry over to the next week is confirmed in writing before you start.
Who posts the videos?
You do. You download the finished files and post them on your own accounts, on your own schedule.
Can people on my team use it?
Today each account has one sign-in email. If several people need to send recordings or review videos, mention it in your inquiry.
How does cancellation work?
Cancellation and refund terms are given to you in writing before you pay anything.

The QWave Labs team, using AI video tools, with human editing and review.
Is this the same as the tutorial?
No. The tutorial teaches you to make videos like these yourself. Here our team does the production every week, so there is nothing to install and no editing app to learn. See the tutorial.
