One row per account. Only **Instagram professional (business/creator) accounts** can be read through the API. Personal accounts will error, which is fine.
Mix: 3-5 creators your exact size or a bit bigger + 3-5 big ones in your niche + 1-2 outside your niche whose *format* you like.
