Forward-Deployed AI Operator
RemoteFull-timeBilingual (EN + ES) preferredRare travel
Here's the gig: build the systems, run the demos, handle the update calls. You're the builder and the project lead, owning your work end to end. You'll have a stack of clients going at once and you deliver for every single one. It moves fast and it's genuinely a blast when you're wired for it.
What you'll do
- Own a roster of client relationships end to end: scope it, build it, deliver it, and grow it.
- Build and ship real AI systems in custom code. Agents, RAG pipelines, and AI-native tooling, built with an agentic, AI-first approach.
- Run client-facing calls. Discovery and scoping calls to nail down what's needed, plus demo and update calls to show what you've shipped.
- Turn messy business problems into working systems, fast, without waiting for a perfect spec.
- Occasionally travel for an event or an on-site install, for example standing up an OpenClaw or Hermes agent at a client's office. Rare, but it happens.
What we're looking for
- You live on the computer. This is your craft, not a 9-to-5. You know every keyboard shortcut cold, you type way above average, and your hands keep up with your brain. Probably a gamer at some point, because you already know how to lock in for hours and out-execute everyone in the room.
- Obsessed. Genuinely obsessed with the AI shift. You read the new Anthropic posts the day they drop because you want to, and you keep up with the best people pushing solutions and implementations on Instagram, TikTok, and X.
- Real reasoning power. You take in all those viewpoints and form your own, instead of jumping from one hot take to the next.
- A builder's instinct and real curiosity for building with AI. You're the type who tinkers.
- Comfortable being the face of the work: selling, demoing, and explaining systems to non-technical clients.
- Quick on your feet with the gift of gab. You can hold a room and a conversation.
- English and Spanish is a big plus. A lot of our client calls happen in both. That said, if your talent, quality, and work ethic are there, we're flexible on language.
- You already use Claude or a tool like it, and you know what a connector is. Bonus if you've got Claude running in your IDE or terminal.
- You've built automations before with GoHighLevel, n8n, Zapier, or similar, and you know what a RAG system is.
- You know what an agent harness is and use them regularly.
- You structure your projects to help your LLM build them with you.
- You've created your own custom skills to help with your day-to-day projects.
- You've tried to sell AI before, even if it didn't land. You understand the pitch.
Bonus points
- You've shipped something people actually used.
- You've run your own freelance or agency clients.
- You write clean prompts and system instructions.
- You've touched vector databases, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
- You're active in the AI builder community.
What we offer
Here's the deal: we're a three-year-old startup that's been heads-down building, not a big company with a benefits brochure. But everything we put on the table is real.
- Competitive pay plus performance-based bonuses tied to what you build and close.
- Direct access to the founders and a real say in how we build.
- Live client work from day one across professional services and home services.
- Remote-first and flexible. Work from anywhere, own your schedule, deliver your outcomes.
- A front-row seat to the cutting edge: the best AI tools, models, and people building with them.
- Fast growth. The more you put in, the more you get, and you scale as we scale.
- We take real care of our people. We want to pay you well, make you feel welcome, and keep you genuinely happy, because we know the value of what you do and where it can take you.
